2. Scope

This policy applies to the public Sorwi website. Product apps (HelloAI, Dictator, Krampus and others) have their own terms and privacy notices where they process data.

3. Data we collect

We collect only what the site needs:

• Contact form: Name, email, optional topic, message, and the page URL. Sent by email to info@sorwi.fi. Not stored in a ticket system.
• Email you send us: If you write to info@sorwi.fi or careers@sorwi.fi, we process the address and content to reply.
• Usage data: If you accept cookies, Google Analytics may collect IP (truncated/anonymised by Google’s tools where configured), device/browser, pages, referrer, and approximate location.
• Dictator deletion form: Email address, plus Google reCAPTCHA, to process an account-deletion request.

4. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner.

• Necessary: Cookie-consent choice, language (public_lang), optional font theme (public_theme), and a session cookie required to run the site.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TWCG6GDDZC) after you accept cookies.

You can reject analytics in the banner, or later delete cookies in your browser. Necessary cookies are needed for the site to work.

5. Google Analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits (pages, events, approximate region, device/browser). Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. How we use data

• Reply to messages you send us.
• Run and secure the website.
• Improve the site when you have accepted analytics.
• Meet legal obligations.

7. Legal basis

Contact messages: legitimate interests (or steps prior to a contract) to answer you. Analytics cookies: consent. Necessary cookies: legitimate interests to operate the site. You can withdraw cookie consent by rejecting cookies or clearing them.

8. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. We do not use Zendesk or a helpdesk CRM on this site. Messages go by email.

• Google — Analytics (if you accept cookies) and reCAPTCHA on the Dictator account-deletion form.
• Email delivery so we can receive and reply to info@sorwi.fi and careers@sorwi.fi.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

Google may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses and similar safeguards.

9. Retention

Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and ordinary business records, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics retention follows Google Analytics settings. Cookie-consent and language cookies last up to one year.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and withdraw consent.
